Great coffee shop in Sutton. Better feel than Timmies, better environment. Much more welcoming. That said the only thing that I think would improve it is more comfortable chairs. The chairs are all hard wooden ones.
Though to be honest if the only negative that I can make about a coffee shop is that the chairs are not as comfortable as at home then maybe I don't really know what coffee shops are about.
Their warm apple cider is amazing. By the way.
AND They have a dock behind the building that is actually on the river. Which is a great place to have a drink with a special someone in your life -

Georgina must be nice in the summer (water, etc).. during winter it's pretty dismal/depressing.
Elaine's and Burger Bandits '2' perks/pluses in the area. Coffee (latte, americano) excellent. -

I moved to the area about two years ago and I was looking for a nice cafe in Sutton. The only reason I even tried this place was because of the favourable Yelp review. My only problem with this place is that it closes at 5:30 pm.
Seriously, the butter tarts are to die for! They are the epitome of flaky sweet deliciousness. I always order their lattes and cappuccinos, and they are always perfect. The use good coffee grinds.
During the warmer months they have a very nice patio area where you can see the river. It's very peaceful and beautiful. It would be a great place to hang out 24 hours a day, but this isn't Toronto. They also have a back area of the coffee shop that has comfy chairs and a fireplace for those cold winter months.
For the only cafe in the area, it doesn't HAVE to be the best, but it is. They really care about quality. -

Great coffee in a small town is almost unheard of and yet here it is. And I gave in to peer pressure and had the butter tart. It wasn't the overly sweet in a soggy crust that so many other places sell. The dock out back is the perfect place to enjoy them both.

Went here today for the first time. I was happy to hear they have soy milk, which is rare in small towns like this. I ordered a vanilla soy latte and it was done to perfection, not too sweet and the soy milk steamed to the perfect temperature. A lot of times I find the small town shops that aren't used to using soy will overheat it causing it to taste a little bitter. For other vegans (or lactose intolerant) this is a great place to grab a cup of Joe.
